4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate.
Once a package has shipped, The Peptide People is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or lost shipments caused by third-party carriers or international regulations.
Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding peptide research products.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thepeptidepeople@proton.me so we can review your case.
