At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada. This allows us to maintain fast delivery times and consistent service quality.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
To ensure efficiency:
- Most orders ship the next business day
- Orders placed on Friday ship the following Monday
- In some cases, orders may ship the same day, including weekends or holidays, when possible
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship using Canada Post Express to provide fast and dependable delivery.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
- Flat-rate shipping on all orders below $250: $20 CAD
- Orders above $250 ship free
- Signature required
4. Shipping Times
Shipping times are calculated in full 24-hour periods and do not include weekends or holidays.
Example:
An order shipped Monday afternoon and delivered Wednesday afternoon is considered a 2-day shipment.
