At The Peptide People, we take pride in providing high-quality research products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review the policy below carefully.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
This policy exists to protect product integrity and maintain the highest quality standards.
2. Damaged, Purity/Mass inconsistency, or Incorrect Orders
We will make things right if your order arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong product shipped)
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thepeptidepeople@proton.me with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A description of the issue
After review, we may offer, at our sole discretion:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once tracking information has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Shipping Issues
The Peptide People is not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that peptide research products are permitted in their country or region prior to ordering.
6. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for products affected by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Refunds will not be provided for products that are held, rejected, or destroyed by customs.
